Allan is accredited by the Institute of Career Certification International as a Career Management Fellow. He holds a Masters in Education (Leadership and Management), specialising in leadership and change management. He also has qualifications in Investigation and Conciliation, OHS, Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management. He has trained as a facilitator with Franklin Covey Foundation and the Glasser Institute.

Allan has recently been recognised by Stanford Who's Who, one of the worlds largest and highly acclaimed networking organisations. Allan becomes an 'Honored Member' which qualifies him for inclusion in the 2010-2011 Edition of The Stanford Who's Who Black Book; an honour awarded to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership or achievement in their occupation, industry or profession.
 
The dynamic responsibilities that Allan has had through his career have allowed him to develop an extensive, professional network. His affiliations include:

Allan’s skills in strategic planning and focused development are based upon his experience in executive positions within the education and training industry, alongside his innovative business enterprise and facilitative process skills which are the foundation of his success as a leader of change and development.

With individuals and organisations as clients he provides a range of goal orientated coaching designed to empower the client to improve outcomes and enjoy the wealth of that achievement.

Bruce Gregory, CMF

Bruce is accredited by the Institute of Career Certification International as a Career Management Fellow. He brings a wealth of industry experience and a long standing commitment to professional standards and development of this position.

He is founder and senior partner of C-F-S Career Management, a Life Fellow of the Australian Institute of Travel and Tourism, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Trustee of the Committee on Economic Development of Australia (CEDA). It is Bruce’s vision and drive, which has seen the development of the Association as a leader both in Australia and internationally.
